Social Work Month provides a special opportunity for professional organizations, employers and the general public to recognize and celebrate the contributions of social work professionals. For 2016, the theme of which is "forging solutions out of challenges," the "amazing tenacity and talent" of social workers is brought in to focus, according to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
